Meet deborah

I love vegan food. It tastes great, it leaves me feeling vibrant, and it has such a gentle impact on both the planet and the animals we share it with. I think of myself as a vegan culinary artist because I love creating, photographing and sharing vegan recipes. I’ve been at it for 25 years now and have enjoyed coaching others, producing a cooking show, and publishing three cookbooks. 

When it comes to food, I aim for nourishing, comforting, and deeply satisfying.  I am happiest when I feel like I’ve just eaten something special, and I design my recipes so you will feel that way too.

Comforting & Satisfying

I grew up eating comfort food and all of my recipes are influenced by that experience. When I walk into a restaurant, make a meal at home or create a new recipe I always have two things in mind. I want the food to be both deeply satisfying, and incredibly nourishing.  Creating this kind of food from plants is surprisingly easy.
